We’d been without power for almost 60 hours and luckily we happen to live by GOAT Electrical! My flatmate Ellise went and talked to Jake who came round and checked out the problem (a severed power line) and within 15 minutes he had gotten Wellington Electrical to come over and fix it. He also explained why the problem had occurred and why it was only affecting us and our neighbours. Thank god for Jake’s punctuality and kindness because without him, we would probably still be in the dark with no power. He was so lovely and we are so grateful. 100% recommend!
